Remove a property owner
If your name and address came from the Florida public tax roll and you do not want them on future ZIP Seller Lists mailers, send this form. We suppress matching records from every subscriber list, including files already in a subscriber's dashboard, and from internal email notes kept by Miami Expeditions LLC (Properties of Miami). You do not need an account, and we do not charge or send a marketing follow-up. You can also email stebbins.peter@gmail.com. We keep your name and address on a private suppression list so you stay off future lists.
Protected persons (section 119.071)
Florida law makes the home address of some people exempt from public records. These include current and former law enforcement and correctional officers, firefighters, judges, prosecutors, code enforcement officers, certain other public employees, and their spouses and children. Other Florida laws protect some crime victims. If that is you, check the box in the form. You do not have to prove it or tell us your job, and you can leave the note blank. We will treat it as a priority removal.
To remove the information from the county's own records too, send a written, notarized request to your county property appraiser (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach each have an office). Section 119.071(4)(d), Florida Statutes, explains the process. Removing you here does not change public records held by the county, the clerk, or the state.
Everyone else: removal is free, takes effect immediately for future lists and for files subscribers open or download afterward, and lasts until you ask us to change it. We cannot recall mail a subscriber has already sent. We may contact you to confirm a request. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at stebbins.peter@gmail.com. We answer within 45 days.
